I have thought a lot about what to include in my doula packages and also on what women and their families I have served over the last 15 years need. As a result of my experience I offer two standard doula packages which combine  antenatal education and support, on call facility for two weeks including daily contact, full support during early and active labour both at home and in the hospital if you are having a hospital birth, full support for induction if you are having an induced labour or for caseearean if you are having a caesarean birth and postpartum support both in the early minutes and hours of your baby’s birth and also in the days and weeks that follow

Standard  Birth Doula Package A : Krysia Lynch

Thiis package has more of the focus on the anatenatal service and offers four antenatal sessions. It of course offers all the perks of having a doula in the run up to your birth and also during and after the birth, but its focus is to really get you and your partner prepared for the birth and also for the immediate postpartum and also for becoming parents. It is particularly suited to mothers who are planning a VBAC or first time mothers who have good familial support after their baby is born.

  • A free consultation in person or on the phone to decide whether I am a good match for you and your partner
  • Two  antenatal visits in your own home to discuss your needs in labour and to help you make a birth preference plan should you want one and help you and your partner if you have one, prepare for this birth.
  • A further two antenatal sessions in your home of up to three hours each that focus on physical preparation, emotional preparation, mental preparation and energetic preparation for birth. Details here
