Pregnancy Yoga is a great way to prepare your body for your up coming labour and birth. It is also a wonderful way to stay healthy and fit during pregnancy.
My Pregnancy Yoga classes are based on my thirty years of practicing yoga, as well as lots of other disciplines such as Tai Chi and Aikido. I am an accredited Pregnancy Yoga Teacher and also contribute to Advanced Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training. All my Pregnancy Yoga Classes are suitable from 13 weeks gestation and incorporate my experience and wisdom gathered over many years in preparing people for labour and birth.
All my Pregnancy Yoga Classes include the elements of building a connection with yourself and your baby, practicing breathing techniques, improving your strength and flexibility and learning to deeply relax
